Sales Tax: State law requires CaliforniaJeepAuthority to collect the sales tax for orders shipped to California at the rate of 8.50%. All other states pay no sales tax.

Pricing: We strive to be competitive and to maintain low prices. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in product, pricing or offers is subject to correction.

Credit Card & Other Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

The price you pay: We use a number of sites to promote our products. We strive to keep all of our partner sites in sync, but in reality that is difficult to do. The price you see on this site is the price you will pay for your product. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Canceling your order: We hate to see you cancel your order. If you have to do it, we will gladly accept your cancellation prior to us shipping you the product. Simply email support@californiaJeepAuthority.com or call our Customer Support number. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once we have shipped them.

Returns & Exchange Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchases at California Jeep Authority you may return it within 30 days of your purchase for a refund on the purchase price. All returned items must be in an unused/unwashed/unworn condition in order to receive credit.

Please include the packing slip and the reason for your return.

Shipping

All in-stock orders normally are shipped within 1-2 business days.
All orders are shipped complete unless you instruct us to do otherwise.

We offer several shipping options within the United States. (We are currently not set up to handle international orders).
1. Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): We use USPS and UPS Ground at our discretion based on the order amount as follows: For orders $1-$19.99: shipping $5.95 For orders $20-$39.99: shipping $7.95 For orders $40-$59.99: shipping $9.95 For orders $60-$99.99 shipping $11.95 For a limited time, when you place an order of $100 or more and choose domestic ground delivery (ie Standard Shipping) with your order, your shipping charges will be free. *Some exclusions apply - see individual products for details.
2. UPS 2nd Day Air®: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day to all 50 states(some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii).
3. UPS 3rd Day Select®: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day to the 48 contiguous states.
4. UPS Next Day Air®: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the next business day to every address in the 48 contiguous states.

Rates for all methods (unless otherwise stated) are based on current UPS shipping rates. The shipping charges shown when an order is placed are an estimate only. If actual shipping charges differ, you will be notified before your credit card is charged. Rates are subject to change.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are valid on all merchandise at www.CaliforniaJeepAuthority.com. They expire one year from purchase.

Time of Delivery: Your gift certificate will be emailed within 1 day of purchase. For this reason, please provide a valid email address under 'Gift Certificate Recipient Email' when you check out. You may also optionally provide the recipient's name and a gift message to include on the email. If you would like a paper copy mailed to you or the recipient, then please add a note to the comments section of the checkout page.

Gift Certificate Use:Enter the gift certificate number, including the '@' sign in the coupon/promotional code field on the checkout page. If the total amount of the order is greater than the amount of the gift certificate, an alternate payment method must be entered. Any un-used portion of the gift certificate will remain as a credit and may be used at a later time.

Coupon Codes

Many of our discount coupons have a minimum purchase required. Contact us if you have questions about a specific code.

The Fine Print

If your package is returned to us for an invalid shipping address, and we are not able to reach you via email or phone, then your purchase price will be refunded less the shipping charges and a $5 handling fee.

If we do not have a valid email address at the time of your order, and we are not able to reach you by phone then your order will be placed on hold and not be shipped. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have to protect ourselves from the large number of fraudulent orders we receive. Please make sure you provide a valid email address.
