Most of the time we are looking for people to staff specific projects. Additionally, we also hire full time resources as needed. Project based resources can be located anywhere, we want the best person for the job and we do not want location to get in the way. Our fill time positions generally require a local (San Jose, California) presence.

Project based - Copy writer (location: nationwide)
Are you a master of the written word who can exude passion (and write better than us ?). We are looking for copy writing help across all written communication channels. This includes ad copy, product descriptions, newsletters, press releases, blog entries and anything else we have to say.
If you are passionate about Jeep and are a master of the written word, then please submit some examples of some of your work along with your hourly rate.
Project based – Designer (location: nationwide)
When we say designer, we mean designers of all things. We are looking for designers to design t-shirts, hats, web pages, brochures, fliers, email templates as well as packaging. We have an ongoing and continued need for a variety of design resources. If you are a Jeep person, with these skills, then we want to talk to you.

Project based – Online Programmer (location: nationwide)
We are looking for a programmer to build outstanding sites using html, css, php, MySQL, database design, mashups, etc. RTML would be a huge plus. Visual presentation is of the utmost importance. We are looking for programmers who appreciate the importance of the quality of the user experience and can deliver an outstanding experience.
You will be taking projects from the wireframe stage, through development, QA and implementation. Some projects are simple, one dimensional exercises; others require database integration and hooking in other third party solutions.

Customer Service Representative (Part-time – Onsite – San Jose, CA)
Are you good on the phones? Can you convert an irate customer into a fan? Can you mange multiple touch points with a customer (email, voice and chat) all at the same time? Can you do all of this and still understand what it feels like to have a little mud splashed in your face?
Required
- Strong computer skills, Gmail, order entry systems, MS Word, MS Excel
- Recent experience in a call center environment
- Comfort talking about some Jeep hardware topics (review our product line)
- Positive attitude
- Likes interacting with people
- Experience with chat, voice and email
